I took delivery of a bed for my tenant last week and was very impressed with the item and also the speed with which the item was delivered.
The driver could not do enough to help as well.
Will definitely recommend Frances Hunt and use them again.

Hell on earth
It took months of to-ing and from-ing and being ignored / insulted / called a liar / given wrong products over and over again. In the end it took an application to the courts to resolve the issue. I would avoid this company like the plague. Quality of the products was extremely poor. This is my number 1 company from hell. Please please avoid buying ANYTHING from them.

"Very poor customer service"
I ordered the Paris metal bed frame frame from Francis Hunt at the beginning of July. It was going to be a gift for my youngest daughter at the end of July. After 2 weeks of not receiving any updates on the bed, I called to find out when I would receive the bed frame. The person I spoke to said I’d “probably” get the bed within 2 weeks and was unable to give any confidence or clarity that I would get the bed in times for my daughters birthday. Very poor customer service!

Ordered a child's bed from them a few week's back. Paid for express delivery to get it in the half term window and delivery was arranged.
It didn't arrive. Got a call from the driver, two boxes, one pine, one white so no point delivering, suggested I called "whoever you ordered it from to rearrange."
Called FH at 11.30am that day, assured that everything would be sorted but heard nothing by the end of the day. Sent them an email and left a bad review.
Early next day I had a call from Steven. He understood my annoyance and arranged for delivery on a convenient date - within half term. This time everything has gone to plan.
Mistakes happen, it's rarely the end of the world but how a company deals with them is usually the most important part. Initially they dropped the ball but when I followed up they quickly took responsibility and made good.

I ordered a bed frame 4th November only to find out the item was not due in stock until after the middle of December. I cancelled the order and requested a repayment 5th November. It is now 12th November and despite several calls and emails I still have not received my refund.

"Absolutely appalling"
Absolutely appalling service. Very cheap quality furniture for very high prices. Delivered damaged, in the wrong colour and poorly built.
The drawer bases are as thin as paper and the drawers do not line up.
Why is this company not bending over backwards to resolve this issue?
No response to my emails...

"Lovely Daybed. Very pleased."
Ordered a lovely daybed from this company. It arrived 4 weeks later as expected (delivery between 2-4 weeks). I paid for the White Glove Service and I’m so glad I did. The delivery guy was very pleasant and he had the bed assembled within an hour. I certainly couldn’t have done this myself so it was an extra well worth paying for. Very pleased with new bed. It looks lovely and it’s very comfortable. 😊

"WHAT A LET DOWN!!"
Looks nicer than the actual quality or lack of should I say..
It looks like chip board with the odd square of gloss board placed over the top giving it a quality look but made on a far less budget.
Waited ages for this sideboard and when it arrived there was no power plug with the LED lights.
The two delivery guys were friendly and professional.
The elder of the two delivery men said he would put in an order the minute he gets in his van so they would send out the power supply and two more LED lights as he said the two I have look faulty.
I rang up but no order had been placed but the lady on end of phone said she would order the power supply for me.
Five days later there’s no delivery or email or confirmation of the order so I rang up yet again and she said she is waiting to hear back from the supplier. I said this is not good enough as it cost me £600 and I waited well over a month for delivery.
She is still trying to sort it out and I will update this feedback/review when it is resolved.
I had to correct the men on a few things they were doing wrong in regards to putting this cabinet/sideboard together whilst putting it together.
I could of put it together myself and saved myself £60.
The furniture visually looks ok/nice but the quality and the messing around I am still going through to get the plug and two lights sent out is not worth it.
Judging by the quality of the actual thin wood and also my experience in putting furniture together, I would NOT recommend Francis Hunt Furniture.... well not at the price paid for. I wouldn’t of expected to pay for more than half of the the price.
Just spoken to manager (I called yet again) and he said he has my missing/faulty parts and will get them to me in the next couple of days..... I shall

I have had to put one star to write a review if there was an option to give zero I would ! Ordered a set of shelves 3 weeks ago, fair enough it did say out of stock when I placed the order so waited for communication for FH for stock. A week later heard nothing so sent an email to be told the items were being unloaded and somebody would be in touch to organise a delivery time. No communication was made and when I sent yet another email I was told it would be with me the next day but at an unsuitable time, I then chose to ring and organised a morning delivery for last Thursday 11th June. I received a voicemail from the driver Malcom at 13:15 (yes not morning) to be told he was struggling to find the house as the sat nav wouldn’t recognise the postcode. Rang the driver 6 times to help him find my address and no answer. Then contacted FH customer services who promised me call backs on 4 separate occasions and none arrived. Finally spoke with Marino one of the managers on Monday who said the driver had issues on Friday i.e. his sat nav and his phone had packed up simultaneously even though his phone was still ringing !!! I have now been promised yet again that the item will be delivered again at the third attempt on Wednesday 17th June after yet another failed promise from Marino to deliver today 16th June, please avoid at all costs, all communications are paid lip service and they never contact when they promise to.
