"Shambles"

I ordered a bed on 31st October. I rung Frances hunt company towards end of November for am update on delivery then said it will definitely be there by end of November. Heard nothing again. I rung first week of December to be told they would ring back they never did. I have ring again today and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!!!!!! Extremely rude staff on the phone. I have requested a refund and g8ven the request in writing over an email with no response. I would not recommended this company at all.

Do not order from here! I placed an order on the 1st Oct 18. I didn’t have any update from them so I chased them. I was informed the product was out of stock until Dec. I was then informed it will be back in 5th Dec. I have contacted them again today and the product I ordered will not be in stock until Jan 19. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your money but don’t provide the product!

"Dodgy Practices"

Despite having stated delivery time of 1 - 2 weeks on the website, I heard nothing from them. They also don't have an online account area where you can check. They ignored my first email, and after a month when I called they then decided to arrange delivery - but only when the van was in my area. On the day they were due to deliver, they arrived hours earlier than stated so I missed them. They couldn't give me a redelivery date on the same day so I cancelled. Apart from the abuse I got on the phone, they decided to keep the enhanced delivery I'd paid for of £29.50 AND £75 worth of the item itself. I can understand keeping the delivery part, but the £75 makes no sense - I'd be due that back if I cancelled within 14 days after delivery, as noted in the law. Reporting them to trading standards.

Update 2020/05/15 - Although the reply to this suggests they'd contact me, they never did.

"Poor quality, unsafe bed frame - zero resolution from Frances Hunt"

Poor quality, unsafe bed frame sent to me as a customer with a serious medical condition (which they knew). Their couriers canceled on the morning of the delivery after I had disposed of the old bed to make room for the new one. After the initial very prompt response to my complaint, promising rectification, I never heard from them again. They have the money now, so I can just lump it I guess. Shame though as the design of the bed was lovely. Avoid this company in case you have any issues with quality or delivery - they won't do anything to resolve it. And they only post the 4 stars and above Feefo reviews on their website, they delete the 1-star reviews to falsely represent their customer satisfaction statistics! Got to be a law against that somewhere - I'll ask Feefo since it's their product that's being used to mislead consumers.

"Sent me a damaged wardrobe"

Sent me a damaged wardrobe, has a hole in it and a drawer that won't shut properly. Aside from this I'm disappointed in the quality anyway, flimsy and certainly not worth the price. The packaging wasn't removed and taken away by delivery men even though I was told this was part of the service- if it was I'd have noticed the damage. I suspect the laurel & hardy pair who delivered it didn't bother doing this as they were behind schedule having phoned me twice unable to find my house, asking me to spell street names etc- bizarre in this era of sat nav. Very unimpressed with both product and the delivery team they use.
