I am with Safeconteactor a couple of years now. What keeps me going is their professional approach and comprehensive health and safety program. What I mostly admire is their really good and prompt helpline. I highly recommend Safecontractor to all professional traders.

"Be aware of autorenewal- feel scammed!…"

Due to an admin error we did not cancel the auto renewal (which we were unaware that we had signed up to).

We hadn’t intended on renewing this year as quite simply we can’t afford it but due to a new auto renewal policy on the safe contractor system, the company has taken over £1200 from our account and will not refund it!

I feel let down and have other businesses registered and are likely to reconsider renewing next year.

Complaints process goes to a team manager and that’s it. Genuinely feel ripped off!

Called in the same day the payment went out and told that cannot refund. Just don’t understand that! They won’t be doing the assessment this year so they have no costs. No loyalty, no understanding, no compassion.

Stay away from this company!!!!!
