Considering the application can only be submitted 30 days, not working days, just 30 days before it runs out this almost guarantees your old accreditation will run out for a week or two before it gets re-accepted.... Unless you pay to have it fast tracked...
When you ring up to complain, you get nowhere. You just get advised you are clearly on the wrong package. The fact thast you have been a loyal customer of theirs for at least seventeen years doesn't have any impact on ridiculous wait times.
