Amazing customer service. I cannot praise Andy Markham and his team , Ellie and Victoria highly enough. They made the process so easy, and unusually this day and age you can actually speak to a person not a machine if you have a question. Highly recommend, they provide a standard of service very rare in these difficult times. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

We have recently signed up with Bridgeway Express and have already found the service to be a huge improvement on our previous setup.
The portal is easy to use, the prices really competitive and the customer service has been excellent - having one point of contact is invaluable - this alone has made making the switch enormously worthwhile.
Our account manager Chris has been extremely helpful, supportive and patient as he has guided us through the process of setting up - we feel we will benefit greatly as company by using Bridgeway and would recommend the service to all businesses.

"Take it yourself, at least you'll know it will arrive and without the attitude"
Lost one shipment completely, after numerous calls, emails phone calls etc, eventually got a payout over 6months after the reported loss.
One shipment arrived completely trashed, we asked for it to be returned, they collected it and subsequently lost it. They took so long to payout (over 6months) after colleting it, its off the UPS system and cannot be found. They then relentless chase us for small balance on the account despite having collected £9000 worth of shipment and subsequently lost.
Shabby non existent customer service, they told us, quoting verbatim "We don't care about your lost shipment that we collected for damage/return to you, we just want you to settle the account". This is quite literally the worst level of customer service we have ever experienced in decades of trading. We don't send many parcels but as a shipping broker they are completely incompetant they don't care. They place shipments with couriers like UPS fitting them in the spare places in the hold rather like tetris, so this means every parcel you send with them is treated like garbage. They said "you can never use us again if you don't pay the balance", I am absolutely ok with never using them again.

"Switching to Bridgeway"
We started using Bridgeway in January after using Fedex for years and Fedex has been a big pain in recent years. Moving to Bridgeway has made things so much easier, the portal is so easy and simple to use. Alex our account manager was very helpful setting everything up & explaining how every works. He's also really easy to get ahold of if you ever need to!

Great all round service. Geoff was particularly helpful and guided me through the service and ensured that everything was as it should be. Nothing was too much trouble. When there was issues with the delivery service that we booked, I contacted Geoff and he rectified the issue quickly and efficiently.
