Great experience using Rapid Response House Clearance Edinburgh. I am in the process of moving and there was a number of items I needed to be rid of quickly. Communication was good all round and was able to upload the pictures on what I needed gone.

The team were kind and considerate from start to finish and was able to work around me and my dogs with no hassle. I did accrue a lot of empty boxes which was always going to be recycled later but later never came. This was also not a problem.

The price was competitive too as I did try another previously who quoted a much higher rate but this was before I learned about persistent organic pollutants (pops) as a thing and legal change.

Would i use the company again or recommend them? Yes, i would.

I would highly recommend Rapid Response, John and his partner were amazing and easy to work with. I emailed a few days asking John if he could collect some recycling. He emailed back quickly with a quote and managed to find a spot for me on the requested day. On the collection day, he was friendly and professional. Within a few minutes everything was cleared. Thank you so much for doing all this on short notice and for being so helpful.

I do not give five star reviews very often - I think stars get bandied about far too much. But John and team absolutely deserve every little twinkle and more! John responded promptly to every email, was flexible even up to juggling the actual items removed to make best use of the time and space with a team who couldn't have been more helpful. And all for a very fair price.
