I never get my order due to a delivery problem. I can understand!!!. But and I m waiting for more than 3 months to be redund!! This is absolutely not serious.
Add that I got no answer to my last emails!!!

Farmaline laat niet toe om uit te schrijven voor emailings. Hyperlink in mail is niet aktief. Telefonisch wordt uitschrijving wel toegezegd, echter niet uitgevoerd.

Ik was een tevreden klant, tot nu. Op 18 maart was een bestelling ingepakt en klaar voor verzending, maar ik heb tot nu toe, 11 april, niets ontvangen. Ik moest in principe 30 dagen wachten voor een oplossing, maar als geste moest ik "maar" 10 dagen wachten. Ik ging daarmee niet akkoord en vroeg de terugbetaling van mijn bestelling. Er werd beloofd om dat te doen, maar ik wacht nog steeds. Ze reageren bij Farmaline ook niet meer op mijn berichten. Zeer malafide, vind ik dat! Ik hoop dat ik mijn centjes niet kwijt ben!

I am beyond furious with Farmaline's appalling customer service! Order Number 24031501406, made on March 15, 2024, has been nothing short of a disaster. Despite diligently following their instructions to refrain from picking up the package for a refund, they have the audacity to deny me my money back! Countless emails sent through their useless customer contact form have yielded zero results.What's even more infuriating is that I haven't even touched the products – they remain unopened and in their original condition. Yet, Farmaline still refuses to honor their own policy and provide the refund I am entitled to.This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is absolutely unacceptable! I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and receive the refund I deserve. Failure to do so will result in further escalation and public condemnation of Farmaline's disgraceful business practices.

I have actually been a frequent customer at Farmaline. In general, the experience has been good which is why I normally order again.
But for me the real test of how good the end to end experience is comes when there is a need for a post sale service.

I recieved damaged products and ever since I have been trying to reach out to the company for a refund and there is no response. If i cant trust a company to own and issue and respond appropriately that would be the biggest deal breaker.

Reçu mail de FARMALINE le lendremain pour m'informer que mon colis venait d'être (enfin) livré au relais choisi.
Prompte réponse, politesse, efficacité du service-client!

Daarbij nog eens zeer voordelige prijzen.
In één woord DE BESTE !!!
