I had made a mistake 100% on my end and had to contact Entertainment Earth directly. I spoke with a Donald Tapia, one of the companies top customer care specialists. Donald took great care of my concerns and immediately took action. It’s obvious that Donald takes pride in his job and hopefully Entertainment Earth realizes that. Everything was taken care of and I will definitely be doing business with Entertainment Earth in the future.

I had a set of figures that I pre-ordered that were canceled after I updated my payment method. Donald was able to reinstate my orders (including one that was pre-sold out after I ordered it) and even helped me fix the cards that I no longer use so this issue doesn't happen again. But thanks to him and the EE crew.

"Don't trust the Mint Condition Guarantee!"
So, when I started ordering from EE I liked the company. Though, I did that before taking advantage of their free shipping on orders $40 and above. If you have a single pop coming to you it is a coin flip as to whether you will get your pop in mint condition.
Mint meaning that you get it in the condition they receive it. Not a guarantee that you will get what most people consider mint condition, where the collectable is essentially flawless. I believed that the guarantee meant the latter definition. I have now received several that are their definition of "mint" condition.
Yes, they have given discounts, but that doesn't fix my lost trust. I felt that buying from them guaranteed better quality than buying from Amazon. I wanted to support a company that wasn't Amazon. From now on I will be buying my pops from anywhere other than EE.
The extra cost isn't worth it. Buy from somewhere else, their company deserves to go bankrupt. Companies that use tricky gimmicks like EE should cease to exist.

"Their Guarantees are false advertising at its best!"
Every one of their guarantees has a loop hole clause so they don't have to honor. Their pricing is higher than any other place but I believed it was worth it due to their "MINT CONDITION GUARANTEE." My order arrived 100% smashed and they said the guarantee only states the best condition they have. I tried to return, We dont take back orders over 4 units. I tried to price match other stores... They won't honor. Lesson learned. Customer service there is terrible. I don't recommend giving them your money... I know I won't fall for it again. They should be closed down for false advertising.

Placed an order, the order was all on backorder, notified after making the order, following email stated that any orders from the company were not charged until shipped, canceled the order, clicked the bell for in stock notification, and then all of a sudden items were in stock. Less than 24 hours of ordering too. Not sure why the long wait for to accept pay for the items but I don't do business with companies that have you guess at when you will be paying along with shipping. Payments should be accepted on order not when we decide to ship; whenever that would happen.

I'm fairly new to the toy collecting game but I've done a couple preorders and usually it's been anxiety inducing. I had something go wrong with the promo shipping code and figured it's best to pay rather than lose out on my order but I called up customer service with some slight hope (but not much since it sold out so fast) But Donald was a customer MVP!! He was able to check that I was indeed eligible and set to working on making it right. This is my first order from Entertainment Earth but likely not my last since it's been the best pre-order experience I've had yet. Plus, waiting on hold took about 30 seconds and I only jad to follow at most 2 prompts to speak with a real human. So that's awesome, too!
