"My review and experience"
Hello this is shannon, let me explain the 5 stars to whom this concerns or reaches out too.. I give 5 stars to a very nice and respectable guy named Donald. I originally called in the first time and got a guy named Garret and he was very rude and not helpful at all from the very start, when he answered the phone and actually hung up on me after telling me multiple times that he couldn't help me and instead of just listening to what I was asking or concerned about from my delivery,after I spent $260.00 for this item not showing any respect for me what so ever, he interrupted me and told me he had to help more important clients that were waiting on other line and he said bye and hung up on me, plain and simply put, so I give him 1 star 0 if I could, However because of this 2nd guy,Donald,who answered when I called back after being hung up on by Garret, Donald said he himself had been there 21 years and he sounded very compassionate and very sincere about my previous experience and wanted to listen to me and asked how he could help and so he just listened and didnt judge,even if there was nothing on that end that could be resolved Donald just offered polite and sincere and more accommodable solutions and or answers to the best of his knowledge, he was very professional and courteous,which I greatly appreciate that from you Donald thankyou so much. I told Donald when he first answered the phone that I was not happy with being hung up on and that I wasn't going to do anymore business with Entertainment Earth ever because of how humiliating and unappreciated I felt after being hung up on from Garret...After talking a while with Donald, I see why he's been there 21 years, I hope he stays a long time...with that experience I had with Donald, I may have to rethink my comment to him about giving E.E. another chance because he definatly made me feel appreciated and respected...so I give Donald 10 stars if I could.I truly believe in the saying, treat others as you want to be treated, AKA the golden rule, and he definatly gets my vote and respect on that note, we need more people in the world like Donald, it would be more pleasant and nice to deal with, with someone who cares about his/her clients in any situation, even if there is nothing that can be done, just someone like Donald to sit up and take notice of a situation and just listen,thats all I or anyone could ask for... Thanks again for being awesome Donald in taking time to acknowledge me and to offer solutions and listen ,I greatly appreciate YOU!!! Sincerely, Shannon Salser

Spoke with Donald in customer service who is longtime employee; very knowledgeable and helpful!! I appreciate the excellent customer service and thoughtful communication.

"Turning a bad experience into a great onehe experience wasn't great initially…"
The experience wasn't great initially because our order was improperly returned to Entertainment Earth by UPS. However, after a few emails back and forth with no definitive answer, I called the customer service number provided. Your agent, Donald Tapia, was very personable and professional as he explained what happened. He then waived the reship fee and got our order processed to reship to us. He took great care to ensure that the order would be sent to the correct address, explained how the delivery process would work and even checked the status of another order we're waiting for. He was courteous and professional at all times and I would be very happy to deal with Donald again. Thank you!
