"Help with an order and payment method."

I’ve been an EntertainmentEarth customer for a while now especially after the closure of Toys R Us. EntertainmentEarth has definitely met and fulfilled my needs when it comes to collectibles that I order and I will continue to order with EntertainmentEarth. Today, June 29th 2023 I ran into a bit of a problem with an order that was credit card related. I called EntertainmentEarth and a Donald R. Tapia was extremely helpful in rectifying the discrepancy. It was easy, fast, and now thanks to him my order is back on track with no further problems. Thank you Donald R. Tapia and thank you EntertainmentEarth.

I have never had a bad customer service experience with Entertainment Earth. They are great about fixing whatever issue I have (and there are only a few) with the bare minimum of questions asked.

"Funko pops"

I buy a lot of funko pops from them and if you order 1 it normally gets to you in good condition. If you buy more then one then just know you are going to do a return just about every time. The only thing they put in the boxes to protect the pops is paper and single sheet of bubble wrap which doesn't stop them from being crushed. My last 3 orders have all been returned.

A week later after this review they reached out on here and asked for pictures of the damaged product. I clearly explained that the items have been returned. How do I provide pictures for product I dont have. 🙄

Donald Tapia was the representative who helped me with a problem that I had regarding some Funko Pops that I had purchased. He went above and beyond to look into different solutions to help me. He figured out the best way to solve the problem and initiated the return for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate the time he took to help me and how he represented the company in a professional manner. Thank you Donald for helping me and as always I am very happy with Entertainment Earth, it's products and the care it shows to the customers. I had an issue with a MAFEX Cyborg Superman figure that I pre-ordered from Entertainment Earth over a year ago, but it never went to processing. After speaking to Donald, the order for this figure was processing the very next day!!! I could not be more impressed and satisfied with Donald's assistance. Thank you so much!!!

Donald T. is very professional and knows what he's talking about. He helped me understand how the invoice is laid out. As well, he helped me return and replace an item. He is adept and proficient at what he does!
