"YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"

UPDATE: the response from Entertainment Earth from my review (below) was extremely unprofessional and manipulative. i was NEVER informed that i got my partial refund and i was left in the dark for weeks. Entertainment Earth is twisting my story to make me look like the bad guy from their response below this negative review of mine. this company is full of narcissistic people and the person replying to my negative review is a professional manipulator and a narcissist. my negative review for this company has proven that i was right about them maintaining their unprofessionalism once again. we funko pop collectors deserve better.

be EXTREMELY CAREFUL ordering funko pops from Entertainment Earth. they say their funko pops are "mint condition guaranteed" on their website but that is just false advertisement. i ordered my Homelander funko pop and it arrived damaged to my house. i contacted customer service and i even sent them photos of my damaged funko pop box as evidence but sadly, they don't care about the photos of my damaged box. instead, all they care about are photos of the transit box, which i find extremely bizzare since MAJORITY of the funko pop sellers care for the photos of the damaged funko pop box itself. ALSO, i told the manager named Sam that the transit box had NO DAMAGE and that my funko pop box was the ONLY THING THAT IS DAMAGED. i mentioned this to her THREE TIMES in my email but she still continued to ask me for the photos of the transit box when i CLEARLY answered that question THREE TIMES. Sam the manager and anyone working at Entertainment Earth are incompetent workers who don't read my emails carefully and it's super annoying having to repeat myself. Sam offered me a partial refund, which i had accepted and right when i accepted the partial refund, she wrote to me again asking me for the photos of the transit box, which i had answered her question ALREADY!!! the manager named Sam is clearly incompetent in her job if she's still asking me a question that i had answered three times!!!

till this day, i NEVER got my partial refund for the damaged Homelander funko pop that i had requested THREE TIMES. since the manager named Sam failed to solve my issue, i told Sam to forget about my problem because i clearly knew that our conversation is going nowhere due to her terrible reading and comprehension skills and her making me repeating myself THREE TIMES.

this is my first and last time ordering from Entertainment Earth. please do better. if you're a serious funko pop collector like myself who REALLY CARES for the condition of the funko pop box, i highly DO NOT recommend shopping here unless you enjoy receiving damaged funko pops and dealing with bad customer service

"I was nervous"

I was nervous, considering i have never had an issue, or had to return/exhange anything. Called the customer service line and spoke with Donald Tapia. He was very helpful in explaining the process and helped put my nerves at ease. After explaining i would get a replacement or a refund depending on inventory, i explained how disappointed i would be if i had to settle for a refund and he went the extra mile and put one on hold for me. In my eyes it was a christmas miracle, and even something as small as putting something on hold really shows you have employees that go the extra mile! Thanks again! Donald, merry christmas from my family to yours!

"Donald T's Awesomeness!!"

Donald Tapia was awesome! He was great at listening and answered all my questions in one fell swoop (unfortunately this is a rare skill nowadays). On top of that he was able to provide more in depth knowledge pertaining to my specific question and he was able to answer additional questions I had regarding potential future outcomes. Talk about a person who knows their stuff and can provide assurance!! Donald is the person you want on your side!

Donald Tapia was extremely helpful when I called. I had made a mistake on my order and he was able to correct it in no time at all. He was very understanding of my situation and did what he could to resolve it and the outcome was better than I was expecting. Huge thanks to Donald. He was very personable and wished me a happy holidays. He made my day!

"Friendly customer service"

I have recently come under some new financial crisis that required me to have to cancel all my pre-orders. I had called their office and was connected with Donald Tapia. He did an amazing job and not only cleared my orders and possible debt that I would have been in, but also brightened my spirits during this trying time. Thank you for your support and friendly positive attitude.

"So ordered special signed figures"

So ordered special signed figures, EE uses DHL who are absolutely useless especially in the UK, so no figures and also out of pocket, did receive a refund but still out of pocket due to the exchange rate being different, EE need to use a more reliable carrier like USPS, DHL just don't care, there consignment numbers don't work when you ring them, please start using a reliable carrier if you want to keep your customers also replying to emails instead of ignoring people would help as well.

"Outrageous Shipping cost!"

I have been ordering with you guys for a while now but you have stop letting you shipper code work on preorders. It is crazy to pay a $100 to ship two small things that only cost a $100. I will go back to amazon and recommend amazon to my other collectors. I hate when companies s#@t on their loyal customers!
