I ordered Youngs.303 oil (via Amazon). Received wrong product (Express gun oil). Product was time critical, hence Amazon next day delivery. Wish I could give nil stars.
And this is how businesses fail - and should. Avoid!

So, no website there to order from any longer apparently. I checked UK.GOV companies house website and it is reported there that the company went into liquidation. Was dissolved. Explains why I couldn't find it anymore online.

Updated Review. I was feeling very let down and ignored by this company not getting back much at all in response to my many attempted communications. Serious issue with them regarding no show of any promised loyalty points from multiple purchases when I needed to use those. Let alone saw no way of redeeming them either. I think over the past last year I've had several orders with this company. They started out quite acceptably. They then declined in service recently, disappointingly. The staff promised to get back to me after conversation with managers. That's the last I heard for days and it was always me chasing up a resolution till finally I did get some real answers and helps, given as needed.
One lost parcel was claimed by them coming from Amazon? Never ever saw that desired and required ordered water filter, after weeks of waiting patiently. They finally after repeated requests told me they thought it was lost in the post somehow? I was promised and finally provided a full refund. I'd have much more rather preferred the goods. (Had to resource and replace item with similar specifications, in order on to another supplier of outdoors water filter units. Which has cost me near twice as much.)
Then another parcel came minus one set of BCB steel KFS set - knife, fork, spoon. I was trying to get them to action a simple stock check with themselves. Would have told if the item was simply missed packing out to me, as I likely suspected. Or was lost from small reported breach of packaging in transit to me? (Honestly packaging coming out from them was vastly inadequate to the tasking. It was a miracle 99 percent of that order arrived to me. With some sharp packaging tearing through the two inadequate light packaging jiffy bag thin layers sent in.) I waited after follow up emails for them to send a KFS set I paid for but got the refund instead.
Lastly, their website is somewhat misrepresentative or misleading, regarding what you're ordering in some cases. As in I see pictures of things given not bearing any resemblance to the goods finally coming out to one. Like the pictured BCB International boot brushes. For the money you're paying you would think that the large pictured clear wood varnished type ones on website, represent fair value. What actually turns up are totally different looking red tiny wood brushes. They are practically identical to pound shop Pondland ones in their one pound boot shine kit! You can fit the tiny little brush in the palm of your hand. There were a couple of other instances of the pictured item not matching exactly to the ordered product finally supplied. This is not really very good either. We accept products from suppliers change, but it should be stated clearly if it's a major difference to be encountered. I've now sourced better boot brushes more like the pictured ones on their website, at cost extra. (NB Issues with this supplier complicated by my actual genuine liking of the company from my prior shopping there over last many years happily. This means I cannot happily give them bad score here exactly! I'm trying my best to be fair. Sought resolution of my encountered problems, so I might try to update to my usual more positive reviews for them. As in the past it's actually been one of my favourite companies. I'm also placing orders for a little outdoors club I'm in, some items will be for myself, others destined to pass onto others in my group.) Hoped all the difficulties could have been resolved. Sadly some weren't and I was forced to seek replacement items elsewhere with other traders able to supply. I've updated reviews for the items that arrived to help others there purchasing. As I regularly do wherever buying stuff for the survival club group, where possible to. I can hardly review the BCB KFS set though, which did not arrive! UPDATE. After I had again flagged by communication the non existence of solutions to encountered problems they acted. They are lax at getting back to you, this company. I've checked my account online and finally was promised the long missing All points. For multiple previous orders. I see my order list from last order has been changed there on the missing lines making it to nil. Refunds did finally come. The BCB steel KFS set I am missing from when I ordered is still showing as in stock to purchase however where they only wanted to refund not supply me. I wanted it as it's a compact good item, complete with tin opener in the handle the KFS fits into. So they easily could obviously have sent me out one as required. I was left in dark to discover things for myself. That's not good customer care. This appears to show hallmarks of a trader which doesn't care well for its regular customers. I've not yet trusted ordering again. I eventually replaced the KFS/water filter. I ordered other versions elsewhere

"Less than helpful"
I bought Leki walking poles but didn't get to use them for a while because of Covid travel restrictions.
So it was 62 days before I reported that a vital bolt or pin was missing.
Guessing that the pin costs about 50p and is easy to fit, I asked if they could send me one.
After a long delay with no communication, All Outdoors claimed they couldn't get the part.
They said it was out of their 60 day warranty then reluctantly agreed to replace the poles but only if I paid for the carriage.
So I wrote to Leki in Germany. They passed me to their UK importers Ardblair Sports, who were outwardly helpful but still failed to deliver the missing bolt.
UPDATE
All Outdoors, when it read this review, offered to replace the poles free of any charges and told me what a great company it really is. But a company is only as good as its response when things go wrong. At least AO apologised and tried to make amends - plenty of companies wouldn't have bothered.

"Great Prices and reliable"
I came across this website a number of times whilst searching for a tent. I was sceptical at first as it wasn't one of the "big brands" that you see on the high street. However, with the substantial savings and the knowledge that my card supplier had my back if anything went wrong - I went ahead with the purchase.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the tracking side of things on the website isn't as modern as others. But, as soon as Royal Mail had my item in their possession I just opted to use that for the tracking.
The item arrived well on time (a day early in fact) and all in working order. My biggest surprise is that the tent I ordered had a manufactured date of February 2021 - I would've expected these items to have been left in a warehouse for years, but it's not the case.
I'd truly recommend and will be going back for my other supplies in the future.

Bought a Do All Outdoors Raven Thrower, Had to replace the wiring harness, I contacted customer service (Heidi) and they were super helpful. Sent me a replacement harness right away, had other questions, sent an email and had a really quick response. Great company and customer service

Seems to be one of those online stores that don't often update their stock or having the the wrong price on site.
Ordered an Intex K2 Kayak. Get a call next day saying it shouldn't have been on sale. We start again.

This company is total trash. I ordered a backpack months ago told me it was on my way never sent tracking number. Then when I asked I was guarentee it was shipped because I needed it for a trip. A month later they lied still says on ebay they have three and they jacked the price up. They ruined my first vacation in three years. They also lied many times it is a scam do not use

I would just like to say what a fantastic service and communication provided by this online retailer if a very difficult time. I ordered a Montane Dyno Stretch jacket yesterday and it was processed straight away and also arrived the next day. Great price and would 100% use this company again. 5 stars. Thank you
