My overall experience with the company was quite positive. They were able to recover all of the data on my hard drive that I thought was lost. Because it was not a simple fix, the recovery cost more and took longer than I expected. Nevertheless, I was happy to pay extra to get back my data. My only issue with the company had to do with the difficulty in communication - while I found the website updates of the project status very useful, email communication at the end of the project was very slow. However, I was eventually able to reach the person in charge of my project by phone and he shipped my order right away. Then, in a few days I received a hard drive with all of my recovered data.

In short, while communications could have been better, I am still very satisfied and would certainly recommend the company and its services to others.

I was pleased with the results but I was told that before I received my files I could choose which ones I wanted and the price would be adjusted. That didn't happen, so I paid $758 for many files & pictures that I didn't need.
