"No Choice but Eqi"
Having been a Saga shareholder, I did not have any choice but to transfer to Eqi, as no alternative was offered.
For some reason, two accounts were opened in my name and I had to have one of them deleted, which took several emails and some time to resolve.
Consequently not exactly filled with confidence about any future transactions.

"Best broker"
I have been with this company ever since I started dealing in shares and in all that time I have never had course to complain, the fees are excellent and the information pages are very informative, they are first class at telling you about IPOs, people will have to look far and wide to find a better broker,

"Reasonably efficient online service but…"
Reasonably efficient online service but cumbersome messaging system and not particularly helpful on the phone, although things get sorted out eventually. To be fair, I have not had to phone for quite a long time so this may have changed with their new identity.

"Easy to use"
Easy to use website, great selection of funds, shares to trade and good experience buying/selling on the site.

"DAs a user of your site and reviewing…improvements"
DAs a user of your site and reviewing my portfolio on a weekly basis I am frustrated at the set up.
1. I have US stocks ,Canadian , and UK stocks in my portfolio and would like to see delineated . Separate section for each and stock price in the market currency.
2. To see noted the exchange rate used for each group I.e £/$

"Expensive & app needs updating"
The account was easy to set up and allowed me to invest within a matter of minutes. However, at £10.99 per trade it is expensive (£21.98 effectively as you have to pay to sell) and the app seems very outdated. No FaceID and limited capabilities.
Cheaper commission and more modern app is needed

"EQi in many ways are pretty but would…"
EQi in many ways are pretty but would nice without the inactivity fees as I am an occassional user.
Again probably because I am an occassional user I find the website very difficult to navigate around and also probably don't make full use of the available resources for the same reason.
Simplifying the website and/or simple resources guide would be useful for me

"All things considered, EQi have been a likeable lot…"
Until today EQi have been held in extremely high esteem. However for the first time in how many years, I have never before been prevented from making a share purchase whilst the account/s are showing funds available. When looking for a particular share, does the system recognise Code, say RR. for Rolls-Royce?
Share spread pricing is competitive, costs are acceptable, for the level of service provided. However I have to review the situation regarding the Financial Services guidelines as funds and investments have exceeded the £80,000 recommended, there being further funds to consider investing.

"No nonsense"
No nonsense, easy to use. (Though I personally found it a bit tricky to find how to withdraw money, it was easy when I found it.) Reliable and speedy. And unlike some places it does let you use the withdraw money and return the same amount that year to your ISA feature.
