The item I ordered didn’t work and I’ve contacted them about returning it for a refund but had no response. Not impressed.

This is the third Foscam that I have purchased. This PTZ wireless camera with auto tracking is ideal and easy to install and set up.

I have had Foscam cctv for years, I have also had a few others along the way but overall Foscam has been the best. I have 3 new units and these are better again.

Always bought off Foscam as they're great CCTV. Purchased 4 off FI9928P ptz over the years and are brilliant. Recently purchased a V4EC for a fixed camera and a R4M for inside my porch and both work a treat and very easy to set up. The Starvis side of it works well for night vision.
Great after sales support.

I am very pleased with the service I've received from Foscam customer service; they were very supportive and informative. They didn't keep me out of the loop. I was updated on everything that was happening as the items were not in stock, which was not a problem. It was dealt with very quickly. Thank you very much. I've been using Foscam for 15 years and am quite satisfied with the products.

The camera was not able to be viewed on a browser without an app so not suitable for my requirements

Had a problem with a flood light camera that a had installed nearly a year ago. Contacted Foscam only for some advice on how I could possibly fix the issue myself but instead they replaced the camera at no cost or inconvenience to myself at all. This company really does go above and beyond.

"Unable to get doorbell chime to pair…"

Unable to get doorbell chime to pair up. Tried everything possible even ringing support line and left a message but no body had called back.
Will now have to return chime and doorbell camera.
