We moved to a property in Wedmore about a year ago and the whole of the sales process was very well handled. We chased this development for two years before we finally purchased here. Tom Markham and Harry Renshaw-Smith spent a lot of time with us providing floor plans and specifications and pushed to get us the completion we needed. We have been very happy with the quality of the build (pity about the lack of sink in the utility room!) and the initial snags were dealt with quickly by the site team lead by Valdas. We are about to call on the aftercare team to deal with the minor 'first year' snagging issues and do hope that this will be dealt with as successfully. Getting access to the after care team is perhaps the weak spot in the Acorn organisation.

Our experience dealing with Acorn has been positive start to finish. The management have provided clear communication and updates, helping us move the purchasing process along which has been extremely helpful as a first time buyer.

Now, living in the apartment, we are so pleased. The location is outstanding and we are really happy with our decision.

"Acorn apartments Porthcawl"

Biggest and best decision we have made!!! Down sizing from a detached property to a ground floor apartment was a little scary to say the least. However the experience from choosing the property, the service from both Rebecca and Julia throughout, moving in and particularly the after care and support we receive has been incredible. We are absolutely delighted with our new home and I have no doubt any problems we endeavour will be resolved without any delay.

"Disappointing company, caution advised"

Disappointing company. Marketing literature says the right things, but complete lack of action once they have your money. Pressure from the sales team and some lack of honesty regarding problems with the property. Once you have purchased, they don’t care about snagging, making excuses and prioritising properties for sale over those with people in them! Some of the workmanship is really poor quality. If you buy from this company, understand there will be lots of issues that they are reluctant to deal with, waits of 4 months for simple but essential repairs is just not good enough.

I bought a flat at Waters Edge in Taunton in 2016. The two sales gentleman were of great help and guided me though the process from start to finish. I was delayed from moving in but was always kept up to date and felt very looked after.

I was the first to purchase/complete on the Acorn development in Ottery St Mary. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, whilst post completion any remedial works were carried out in a timely manner. A huge thanks to Tom (Thomas Markham) for his professionalism and humour throughout which helped everything run so smoothly, particularly when I encountered delays with my buyers.

The Links development experience has been positive start to finish. As a first time buyer they have been on hand to help at each step, staying in regular contact and helping move things along.

Now that we are in our new home we are so so pleased. Any snags that we have identified are to be sorted, and we have what feels like one of the best views around.

OK we’ve experienced setbacks in obtaining our new home at Cottrell Gardens, Bonvilston what with Brexit and Covid, however, the lovely & friendly sales team consisting of Sharon, Amy & Jasmine have made up for it! We reserved our new home through Sharon who is always so positive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. Amy & Jasmine have also been fantastic too. We are so close to the finish line now, we’re literally counting down the days until we can finally call our new house home. Keep up the good work lovely ladies as you’re doing a grand job!!!
