I am a photographer and I have been using a Vanguard Supreme 53D camera case for about 5 years. It's like a medium sized suitcase Peli case, with an extending handle and wheels. I have taken out on hundreds of jobs, dragged it around London, Paris, Brussels and every other place and it has done a sterling job. A couple of weeks ago one of the wheels on the case came apart so I contacted Vanguard in the UK to see if I could buy a replacement and they were super helpful. They posted me a couple of replacement wheels with their compliments.

I am extremely pleased with my new Vanguard camera backpack. It is smart, very well made with a number of useful features. It is lighter than others I tried with good padding on the straps making it comfortable to wear. It wasn't as cheap as some others but the quality makes the extra money worth it. I have paid a lot for my camera so I didn't want to skimp on the bag.
Excellent and quick service too.

Two items I have purchased from Vanguard that have had a fault with with. In both cases a replacement was offered and the service was impeccable.
Be better if they hadn't developed a fault, but they're not alone in this. I feel I'm getting good VFM and the service backs it up. Just hope I don't need it again.
