I had a slight issue with a couple of twist locks not locking properly on my Vanguard Alta Pro2+ 263AB100 Tripod. As a landscape photographer, this tripod has been in constant use in all sorts of weather from the Highlands of Scotland to the coast of Northumberland and beyond. It is an essential piece of kit and had been working so well for me. Fortunately, it was still under warranty (just!) and Neil at Vanguard dealt with my claim very quickly. I thought I would have to return the tripod for repair and pay delivery costs etc. However, Neil was able to organise a replacement. To my surprise, I will be the very proud owner of a VEO 3+ 263AT, which is a considerable upgrade. I was so happy, I purchased a VEO BH-160S ball head to go with it. I can't thank Neil and Emma at Vanguard for this amazing customer service and I look forward to using my new kit when it arrives. A review on here of my new setup will be forthcoming as you would expect.
