Nothing wrong with the item it's the seemingly endless repetitive requests for reviews that's my issue. I did a review already yet are still getting requests asking about Vanguard. Must be at least 6 of them.
Update, I deleted all the emails when I received them apart from yesterdays. I placed one order with you just after the UK photography Show but am still receiving requests. How do I send you it?
Update: Vanguard have been excellent in tracking down this issue. There were some unknown but incorrect settings in their review system settings which they have changed now and fixed the problem. Good to see a company take these types of issues seriously. Thank you.

The best customer service I have had in a long time.I purchased one of their items from Amazon and was not able to return it outside the 30 day procedure as I was away.The item had arrived damaged but Amazon could not help.I contacted Emma at Vanguard who was extremely helpful.I explained what had happened and she said she would send out the replacement parts asap.Less than 48hrs later Royal Mail turned up with the parts.Wouldn’t it be nice if all companies took the same attitude as Vanguard have done.Well done Vanguard and Thankyou so much Emma for going the extra mile.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A was looking to buy a back-pack style camera bag at the NEC Photoshow in March. Unfortunately, Vanguard did not have the bag I had chosen available at the show but the helpful assistant gave me a code to purchase from the website with the show discount. I placed the order, received the discount and the bag arrived in a couple of days on free delivery. Very pleased with the advice and service I received.

Have had a Vanguard veo monopod for a while and been very pleased with it. Unfortunately one of the springs that deploy the feet snapped. I contacted Vanguard UK to see if it possible to buy a replacement. To my amazement they asked me for my address and posted one out free of charge. Fantastic customer support! Highly recommended

Ordered the VEO 2S AM-264TR monopod, ALTA BH-100 ball-head and ALTA Action 60 bag.
Unfortunately the ALTA Action 60 bag wasn’t big enough to take the monopod with ball-head attached.
The monopod listing recommended the ALTA Action 60 bag - unfortunately I assumed it would take both monopod & ball-head.
Fortunately, Vanguard were good enough to fully refund the ALTA Action 60 bag whilst I placed another order for the larger ALTA Action 70 cm bag
