Vanguard are sometimes overlooked when it comes to photography kit yet everything I have purchased of this brand has been of fantastic quality .
My two DSLR camera kit bags are superb in build quality and storage space and the Vanguard Ball Head which I have owned for a good few years is fantastic for its weight baring capability of which are unbelievable for its size.
Having recently misplaced the quick shoe for said Ball head ABH 120L I contacted Vanguard to check on which quick shoe would be compatible.
Vanguard posted me out Three Free quick shoes to try for size on my Ball head of which all three fitted.
Vanguard Customer Service I would say is second to non and the communication via email with Emma was very impressive.
Vanguard will certainly be my first choice for future camera kit purchases.

I find Vanguard camera bags well designed and very sturdy. Having said that one of the clips was broken (through rough treatment by the airline) during a recent holiday but Vanguard were very good and sent a replacement promptly and free of charge.

Had a pair of Spirit Ed 10x42 for numerous years,when the eyepiece came off and I lost one I contacted Vanguard and had fantastic service from the word go.The model is discontinued but Vanguard offered a new ,similar model at a great discounted price and they were shipped with Dpd on 24hr delivery. Love the new model and amazed by the service I was given.

The tripod I bought is faulty. No one has offered to help. I have asked for a return. No one has got back to me. Worst tripod I’ve ever owned. Can’t wait to get rid of it. Not impressed by your customer service.

My second shooting tripod from Vanguard, the aluminium Endeavour is a well designed, well made item, incorporating their own GM-70 aluminium rubber lined clamp. In use, it has just the right amount of weight to be stable, without being too heavy to carry around.
An all round great product that I would reccomend to any shooter.
