Durch die Präsentation von Mokhweel im Internet wurde meine Neugier auf das Model Mokwheel Asphalt geweckt. Schnelle Lieferung, vormontiert und gut verpackt. Montage kein Problem. Bisher keine technischen Probleme. Die ersten1000 Km hatte ich bis September geschafft. Super !

I was completely satisfied with the purchase from Mokwheel.I had arranged to have it shipped directly to a bike shop and they put it together and was notified when it was ready for pickup . The entire process was pleasant and professional. Another plus is I was able to make payments for it and not charged any interest on the cost and assembly.

"Mit dem Basalt durch Stadt und Wald"

Das Mokwheel Basalt ist schon ein Biest. Mit der dicken Bereifung hat es eine hervorragende Bodenhaftung und wird damit allwettertauglich, egal ob Regen, Schnee, Straßen oder Offroad. Trotz seiner mächtigen Reifen wirkt es sportlich. Mir gefällt es und mir macht es Spaß, damit zu fahren.

Leider hatte ich weniger Glück mit meinem Akkuschloss, welches mittlerweile zum 2. Mal ausgetauscht werden musste.
Doch muss ich sagen, dass mir der Support stets weitergeholfen und Ersatz geschickt hat. Das verlief jeweils schnell, reibungslos und überaus freundlich.
Das ist heute nicht mehr so selbstverständlich. Die 5-Sterne-Bewertung ist absolut verdient.

Easy to navigate Mokwheel website to evaluate which bike to get for my wife who has back problems and needed a bike with front and rear suspension and the strongest battery possible. I bought 2 bikes for my wife and myself. Purchasing before Christmas gave me $500 off the retail price plus great accessories at no extra cost , and a great bike carrier as well at no extra cost. The bikes were shipped to a very good local bike shop who assembled them for $200 and commented on the very good quality of this brand.
