"Mokwheel experience"

After waiting patiently, we finally received our bikes. From packaging to final assembly, these bikes seen to be well designed and solid. Taken them for there first ride was surprising with power and responsive handling. A little heavier then expected, and completely understand why you need a specific bike rack. We also purchased the bike rack, which is very solid and holds the bikes without issue. Overall experience so far, definitely recommend. Anxious to see how they hold up to miles and years, but will definitely update in the future.

"Kaufempfehlung trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten"

Bestellt habe ich ein Mokwheel Basalt in blau. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell und war wirklich gut verpackt. Dafür schonmal ein Lob. Ansonsten super Bike, optisch, sowie auch das Fahren bereitet mir viel Spaß. Leider kam es nach den ersten 100 km zu dem Problem, dass sich die Schraube vom Tretlager gelockert hat. Egal wie fest ich die Schraube nachgezogen habe, sie löste sich immer wieder. Vom Kundendienst erhielt ich dann nach Schilderung des Problems eine Ersatzschraube. Das Problem bestand jedoch weiterhin. Schließlich konnte ich die Schraube mit einer Schraubensicherung (Loctite hochfest) fixieren und nun hält sie schon seit einigen Touren problemlos. Ich denke, dass die Schraube einfach ab Werk zu wenig damit fixiert wurde. Trotzdem eine Kaufempfehlung. Der Akku hält wirklich lange durch (ca. 80km). Schön wäre noch eine App-Anbindung mit GPS-Tracker zur Diebstahlsicherung.

"Fast bike with squeaky brakes"

My Mesa Lite 2.0 was shipped quickly, and I was very impressed with the accessories I received. This bike is very fast! I’ve been commuting 20 miles round trip to work every day, and I’m able to cruise effortlessly at 25 mph on PAS level 5!

There are 3 reasons I’m not giving 5 stars:
1. The brakes are extremely loud. They squeal horribly every time I stop!
2. I am only able to get about 18 miles range on PAS level 4.
3. I’ve only had the bike for 2 weeks, which is not enough time to prove the quality of an e-bike.

I will rate the bike 5 out of 5 stars. The ordering was very easy also unpacking, assembly was also easy. The original purchase was for 2 bikes 1 for my wife and 1 for my daughter at Michigan state,so she can stop driving her car around campus. She absolutely loved it, especially with the brake lights the mirrors She can get in and out quicker than she can without a car. Now it's a family thing to go biking. What's better than that.
