"Rezension zum E-Bike"

Bis auf das Zusammenbauen, ist es super praktikabel. Wenn man 2 linke Hände hat dauert es länger. Leider ist das gelieferte Schutzblech für das Vorderrad zu kurz gewesen, wodurch ich es nicht verwenden kann. Vom Handling ist das Bike echt super und ich kann mich nicht beschweren. Preis-Leistung ist super

"Best Bike 4 me😊"

Ich habe das Basalt und 2 Akkus nun fast ein Jahr.
Ich lebe ohne Auto und mache fast Alles mit dem Rad und meinen Anhängern.
Als Naturfotograf und leidenschaftlicher Angler hab ich immer sehr viel Ausrüstung dabei und fahre oft unbefestigte Wege.
Ausserdem besitze ich ein Tusker Kayak von Zeck und einen Fahradwohnwagen...
All dies meistert das Basalt ohne Probleme!!
Als das Schloss für den Akku kapging bekam ich innerhalb von 48 Stunden Ersatz!
Ein Video vom Kundendienst machte den Ausstausch zum Kinderspiel!
Ich bin wirklich begeistert von dem Rad und dem Service!

We purchased two of the Obsidian Bikes, extra batteries and the two accessory packages. We could not be happier with the bikes. We are very pleased with the power and performance of the bikes. We live in the Appalachian Mountains of Tennessee with numerous steep roads and trails. These bikes have the power to handle them with ease. The ride comfort is really good with the full suspension and the saddle suspension. We highly recommend the Mok wheel Obsidian bikes for all around excellent quality and design.

"Mesa Plus ST"

I purchased a Mesa Plus ST in May 2023 after doing a ton of research. I am a big guy and this bike is perfect for me. It is built like a tank and a blast to ride. In the fall of 2024, my battery died. I contacted Mokwheel support and they had me perform several tests. After verifying that the battery was indeed dead, they sent me a new replacement. I am very impressed and pleased with Mokwheel's commitment to their customers. Ride on!

"Well built bike"

Well built bike, good power. I'm about 210 lbs, 6'3", but the bike is a good size for me. I may get a handle bar extension since I like to be more upright, but that's not the fault of the bike.

On the steepest hills, I'm still able to get up in low gear, which would never happen without the power assist. Generally, it can deliver far more power than needed and take me up rocky paths with ease. Love the suspension and comfy seat. Battery life seems good so far.

Am Anfang hatte ich ein paar Probleme, und man muß alle selber reparieren kein Händler macht was am rad, aber man bekommt gute erklär Videos. Aber ich bereue den Kauf nicht!
