I am very pleased with the support that this company has provided so far. I had an issue with the tracking of my Bike shipment and they jumped in and canceled the other order and got me my bike within a week, I don't know who's fault it was, but they were responsive and took accountability, which is assuring. The bike itself seems to be made of high-quality parts and has been a good experience so far.

Das Fahrrad ist sehr Wertigkeit sieht toll aus und ist sehr stabil. Es fährt sich richtig klasse.

Nicht zu vergessen das tolle Zubehörpaket was oft für 9.99 angeboten wird unbedingt dazu kaufen alles wertige Artikel.

Wir haben Mookwheel schon weiterempfohlen und nun fahren schon im Familienkreis mehrere dieses tolle Fahrrad.

Got my bikes within 4 days. Have rode them threw snow and mud. They did amazing. Have been about 30 miles on one and the other has almost 20. Haven't had a chance to try the solar panel and inverter yet.

This bike is powerful when need, offers a steady and smooth ride, is top of the line with regard to accessories, customer service, and instructions. We looked for the last year for the perfect electric bike, and finally pulled the trigger on the Mokwheel. It is top of the line and I could not be happier. I would buy it again. Highly recommend, and am super proud to be a Mokwheel rider!

"2-Year Warranty Is a Joke"

First, my display went bad; My dealer let me borrow one, because MOKWHEEL DIDN'T SEND ONE.
Then, my interior controller, the brains of the bike, went bad. My bike now does absolutely nothing now. On Feb 7, I received a message from my dealer, forwarded from Mokwheel, stating FedEx was awaiting package. Fedex is still waiting, and so am I. There has been no action on this since Feb 7. Why?

Super Support. 2 mal Probleme gehabt einmal akku und einmal display wurde in nicht mals 24 Stunden per Email geklärt und binnen 7 Tagen Ersatz teile geliefert.
Und fahrrad hält das was es verspricht. Schon über 4000 Kilometer gefahren.

I absolutely love my Mockwheel Obsidian,
I recently bought an Aipas, great bike but....
The Obsidian is AWESOME, the additional rear shock, the PAS\power is amazing. Like riding a motorcycle, especially the offroad. Oh BABY!!!

Purchase the Obsidian.. Great bike! Love how comfortable the seat is. Easy to ride, the torque sensor is awesome, little bit of peddling and the bike takes off. Overall fairly light compared to most bikes in this class. Haven't taken it off road, but the large tires are solid on the ground and provide great traction.

Had it for about a month or so now and love it!
