Service made the experience great. The repair and maintenance is excellent but the service is definitely superior. Johnny jumped right on it in a friendly and helpful manner that was genuinely impressive. He delivered the bike to where I was and was amazingly generous. Probably the best service i've experienced in a long time!

Das Basalt ST erfüllt absolut meine Erwartungen. Ich nehme es für die Jagd und meine regelmäßige Tour durch den Wald. Kraftvoll meistert es Steigungen und mit den breiten Reifen jeden Untergrund. Ich bin gespannt wie es sich auf Dauer schlägt, bis jetzt 5 von 5 💫💫💫💫💫.

The basalt quality and performance was incredible, well built and fun to ride. The pedal assist felt comfortable and made the riding the bike enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Mokwheel bikes.

"I purchased the Asphalt Bike and am very satisfied with the quality"

I purchased the Asphalt Bike and have used it several times. Speed was as advertised, actually my bike goes 29.2 mph so it’s faster than what Mokwheel publishes. The assembly was super easy and quick, I think it took maybe 20 minutes to put together. Quality of this bike is great, everything works as expected and the size it perfect (6' tall). I also own a Rad Roadster and this bike is on par with that bike only Mokwheel is about 15 lbs lighter so it's easier to move around and lift.

"Love the bike in every way- ghost riding solved!"

Love the bike in every way! Lost one star because he ‘ghost peddling’ issue that occurs at about 23-24 mph. I solved the problem by installing a new 52t crankshaft. This solved the problem, I now can torque ride the Basalt over 30mph without ghost peddling. ALL other features about the bike are wonderful, comfortable (I’m 6’2”, 230lbs, 60 yrs old) and an all around great bike.

"The wife and I both got Basalt bikes"

The wife and I both got Basalt bikes. Mine was the standard step over, she got the step through Basalt 2.0. So far the bikes have been great. Mainly have only rode around the surrounding area, today we rode for approx 20 miles (pavement and gravel roads). The bikes are comfortable and have great power. With the weather getting better we are looking forward to longer trail rides. So far we love the bikes and have had zero issues.
