"Installation ASHP"

Wayne, Molly and the team installed our ASHP over a two week period. They were hard working, professional and took time to keep us posted on everything that was happening as we weren't always on site. On arrival we needed to finalise the position of the pump and the hot water tank and Wayne talked us through the various options to find the best solution. Wayne also noted that one of the radiators was going to look out of size in the room and worked out an alternative arrangement for us which was much better aesthetically.
At the end of the installation Wayne talked us through the entire system and explained how to set it up to work in the best way for our circumstances.
We would highly recommend this company as the whole process from start to finish has been excellent.

Initial visit was resolving a problem and no sales pressure. Once action agreed the installation of a new boiler was prompt and professionally managed from start to finish.
I have put annual servicing of the boiler in their hands and would recommend them. I am usually cynical!

Fantastic company from survey to installation.Lewis and Ben arrived on time for the 5 days of the installation. The work is second to none and nothing was too much for them. They worked around us and disruption was kept to a minimum.The majority of the radiators were fitted on the first day and then the main pipework, which is in our loft, was installed neatly on a board so all important connections are easily accessible. Last but not least the electrician Jack,consulted us through the whole wiring up process and Justin, who checked everything at the finish and set up the system to our requirements. Then he explained the workings and settings to us.
All in all, a very good experience and all the tradesmen were a credit to your company. Thank you so much Jeff and Pauline Evans.

"Synergi boiler installation"

Synergi arrived last week to install new boiler and various other associated things. Jordan and Ryan did a fantastic job. Here on time every day and worked extremely hard. The boiler had to be moved from kitchen to airing cupboard, which made for a lot of work.Everything was cleaned up promptly and efficiently after. The electrician, also Jordan worked a long day on the last day to,pull all the electrics together. Great job boys!

Synergi recently fitted a retrofit underfloor heating system plus a new boiler and tank. From the first call and quote to the fitting and aftercare they were professional and responsive throughout. We felt completely supported and every stage was well explained and they were clean and tidy. I can't thank Tyler and the team enough for running such a well executed and major project on our home.
