Great product, fair price but poor delivery time. When order was placed, I was given a delivery time of 2 to 5 days. After 5 working days the order had not even been dispatched. This then brought Easter holidays into the equation which meant I had to wait 2 weeks in total.

It would be nice if you could pass back to the supplier that the expanded polystyrene packaging was a mess to deal with. It crumbled so easily into little beads that stuck with static to everything and it's not recyclable.

"Problems with getting refunds when things go wrong."
I've purchased twice from this company this year and had issues with both. My first order didn't arrive after 4 weeks, and when I called they said that one item was back ordered and was holding up the order. I asked why they can't send the items they do have but I was advised to cancel the order and order the items that were in stock. I did this (after 6 weeks, no refund yet).
After I cancelled the first order, I ordered again a few days later. I checked that the items were in stock and re-checked the problem item which now showed as back in stock! So I ordered again. This time the problem item arrived but the other two items didn't. I received a refund for the missing items, but have still not received a refund for the first order.
The company seems genuine, but they seem to have administrative and accounting issues at the moment.
