Three have put CRS on to me for a bill I have paid of £20!!
I am trying contact CRS through their on-Line portal and says there is an issue with login!!
This is really stressful and unnecessary

SCAM company, message after message they said I owe virgin mobile £68, I have never owned a virgin mobile, virgin have no knowledge of this, I have a Internet account only and always have.

I took the time and checked some reviews, the 5 star ones gave similar scam company's like this good reviews,

What can I say, chasing a 75 year old pensioner for a debt that their client had already cancelled shame on you. Listen when people try and give you updated information or try and send updated paperwork.

i am starting a claim against these as the customer service is absolutely disgusting. Since november 2024 i have been emailed threats and so on. The agent on the phone aren't much better. joke of a company. take it from me , THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT U! the most vile people out there.
