We are now 14 days on from crs advising they had upheld my complaint and I would be receiving a goodwill payment, I still have not received this payment. No response to my emails either. Rubbish customer service.

I had a settlement with them to pay 20£ monthly for 2 separate debts and I was paying for a year or so…and then suddenly they contacted me to pay another debt which is just a duplicate of the one I was already paying for just under different identification number! I contacted them asking for statements and explanations but all I got was the identification number of debt and a sum which haven’t changed since before I started paying out! I requested information where did my payments went but no explanation is given only promises of sending to me! Ant this is after contacting them for a month both by phone and email! Nevertheless they still send me messages and automated phone calls reminding off debt I need to pay! Well I have proof off payments on my bank statement and I willing to go to court to stop this fraud company !!!
