3 use this debt-collection company and my first interaction was an email. It did not fill me with confidence with so many scams that it was a legitimate email. I proceeded with extreme caution. I processed the transaction expecting a pop-up to authorise my card transaction, it did not come, then a pop-up page with success! and a thumbs up emoji... very corporate & professional., Eh? No receipt or acknowledgment #, so feeling very dubious I have been carefully watching my bank accounts to ensure no shenanigans. So regret using 3 then this shower on top.

"Demanding money that has been paid"

This company represented a utility company that I never owed money to, the early exit fees were under dispute. The utility company went straight to CRS and they asked for payment. I paid in full. Then they asked for proof. I sent them the bank payment for proof. 3 weeks after they said the payment had failed and have asked me to pay again. The payment did not fail, the energy company has acknowledged the payment and my balance is zero. Wow! What an awful company, this is nothing short of a blatant lie!
