I had a car insurance with 1st central on my ford for 2'years, then I called them and changed my car to a VW.
1st central, keep saying I owe them cancellation fee of £130, Which I refused to pay because I didn't cancel anything, just changed my car
MYCRS and also C A R.S also after the same money. Now after 3 year they managed to damage my credit rating by about 50 points .
It would sound wrong but this things happen when even HR is out-sourced.
