Both my experiences with payCRS regarding two separate debts were very pleasant. Both debts paid now thanks to their very efficient and flexible online platform. It was easy to make adjustments to the payments at any time online without having to call or wait for it to be processed etc. Never received emails or text messages or phone calls from them chasing me down or with threats of more fines or even just a courtesy FYI letter to inform me that the lower or missed payments will be reported to the credit agencies and will have negative impacts on my credit records. Although I never had the need to talk to any of their human staff members, this is by far the most humane and understanding experience I have had with any financial organisations. Thank you.

I have received a debt letter from this company which isn't mine their email address isn't recognised so I will be ripping up any more letters from them
