I made an inquiry today in regard to my policy. Amber Howey was extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful on all levels. Amber went above and beyond in providing the information that will be required once the claim is submitted. This was sent via email during our conversation. I appreciated the heads up
on what will be required from a documentation perspective which enables me to prepared/proactive when I am contacted by a claims representative. I

I am hopeful that the claim review/process is just as smooth and easy going.

Had to cancel policy, due to my spouse's illness. Customer service promptly canceled my policy, which was in the free-look period. Very courteous, understanding and sympathetic. I will do business with Seven Corners again.
