For everyone who wants to know, the Autel website is very serious, and honestly, I am impressed... I had paid around £2700 for a product I mistakenly purchased. I reached out to their support, told them I had made a mistake, and they were very responsive and refunded my money. Then they added to my order what I actually wanted to buy, and on top of that, my order arrived in 2 days... very fast. I checked the product, and they offered me 2 years of updates for it. I am very satisfied and excited. I will post a video on my YouTube channel. Thank you, Autel, you are great! All their products are high quality, and I am very happy with my purchase.🙏😊💯i trust them 😍😉👍

First class service. I couldn’t get the registration info from the original owner that I purchased my scanner from. Thankfully Stacy was able to help transfer the account to my account, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to update my scanner.
Very friendly and easy process which was very swift.
I did have some concerns whether the site may have been one of those 3rd party sellers, but within 24hrs of supplying my Autel account details (on the genuine ProAutel.com) site, issue resolved!

Used Autostore.co.uk which not only gave me the price in £UK as opposed to $USD but were extremely efficient and emailed me with my activation code and included a link to their 'How To' to activate.
