My friend and I chose Biggestleaf Travel from three other companies because our agent, Sabrina Indermaur, was the only one who considered our previous travels in East Africa and recommended an entirely different itinerary in Zimbabwe and Botswana to give us unique experiences. Sabrina worked with us tirelessly for several months to tailor our three-week safari. It was a complex itinerary involving multiple small plane flights to six different locales. All logistics worked flawlessly, and the camps/lodges were superb. I cannot say enough great things about Sabrina. She is a true professional with very deep knowledge of her subject matter. She always took the initiative to dig deeper for more granular information to best meet her clients wishes and get a better deal for them. She was very patient with all my questions and itinerary changes, diligent, responsible, and truly caring. She went the "extra mile" for us many times without hesitation and her extraordinary efforts were reflected in our high-quality experience. Amazing team! Incredibly supportive—I lost my wallet at Pilanesberg Park, and they went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. Not only did they track it down, but they even dropped it off at my hotel before I left Johannesburg, which was truly appreciated! As for the trip itself, everything was seamless from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, with Quina providing all the necessary details. The drive to the park was also very comfortable. The game drive itself was an unforgettable experience. Our driver was dedicated to making sure we saw as many animals as possible.

The food at the restaurant where we stopped during the tour was also excellent. This was the same restaurant where I lost my wallet. Thankfully, the staff found it and handed it over to the Kgabo Safari team and Biggestleaf, who ensured it made its way back to me. I’m incredibly grateful. Truly an outstanding experience all around!
