"Crooked Houdini Company"

I was shopping Amazon and came across a Hawk H7005 Solid Matte Black Modular Motorcycle Helmet, sold by Leatherup. Money was exchanged, time passed, and order was cancelled early on the morning of delivery. I've had problems before on Amazon, but never like this. No one has ever ERASED a purchase out of my account or history. This makes Leatherup.com look like an ignoramus crew. I wonder how much they fluff their ratings after this incident.

My Boots buckle broke. I have not had them that long. I think its a manufacturer defect. Can I get a replacement? I can send pictures of the broken buckle. Never had this issue before. This is my second set of boots and the last ones lasted a long time.

Management confirmed that we don't have extra buckles to ship out, but they approved a 15 dollar refund to have you take the item to a repair place. We are sorry that we are unable to assist you with more, please let me know if you wish to take the refund

I have returned the jacket for a larger size back in September/October 2019. I have not seen the exchange arrive, an email indicatinf cannot fulfill your order or even a refund. I just lost money, wow i didnt realize i had an actual money tree that i can just throw away 125.00 dollars.

Ordering and customer service was a breeze and very helpful! I love the look and feel of the jacket, although i have not worn outside the house yet. My only concerns are the zipper seems to stick and i worry forcing may cause breakage and the actual length of the jacket. I am 6ft 3 and 375, sleeves are plenty long, but when zipped the jacket rises way above my belly button when lifting my arms in the air. Have considered returning, hence why it hasn't been worn, but i know what i paid is a deal and length will probably be problematic with any order.
