I ordered gloves and jacket, ended up finding it $200 cheaper. Customer service (I could barely understand) said screen shot the competitors price they will match it. When I did that they said the MAP (advertised price) was lower than the retailer should advertise. I proved they could still sell at any price. Not my problem anyway. They told me I could pay to return, now I'm reading all these reviews about being ripped off on returns. STAY AWAY

"Refused to honor my store credit"
Leatherup has refused to honor my store credit even though I have provided proof of its authenticity via emails sent to me by LEATHERUP. Very unhappy with this shady resolution. I have basically been stolen from and I will make that know to anyone planning to purchase from here in the future unless this issue is resolved. This is not the way to do business with a returning customer. Think twice before you buy from them and plan on never returning anything. Read the horror stories. Next stop... Better Business Bureau (they are not accredited and have an F rating)

It was ok. There was a misunderstanding at first because my order hadn’t been shipped out but eventually we got the situation under control which is why I took of 3 stars but other than that I enjoyed my leather wallet.

I will never order anything from Leatherup.com again. The men all sound the same with a weird, foreign country accent. Transylvania? They told me I gave them wrong info. They are the ones who kept rattling off wrong info. back at me. Don't ever call these characters to order anything. It was a huge battle I did not deserve. Lord, please have mercy on me!

"Not what they say they are at all..."
Ordered a jacket for my husband, using THEIR measurement guide. Was NOT what we were expecting for a "motorcycle" jacket and was WAY too small. Process for returns is ridiculous. AND they didn't even give me the whole amount of the cost of the jacket back as a refund! I paid $20 to have it shipped to me, and another $35 to have it shipped back, and they couldn't even give me the full cost (inc taxes) of the jacket! I do NOT recommend.

"Buyer BEWARE"
Buyer BEWARE! I have bought 2 leather jackets on separate orders with no problems. The 3rd order has been a NIGHTMARE. Paid by credit card on Nov 30th. Leather Up did not issue USPS label until December 6th. Now its December 15th and the order is stuck in Tettersboro, NJ. Customer service is 'clueless' and they don't return phone calls. Asked to speak with management. No one available. Next step is reporting it to FTC. I suspect fraud.

Do not order from these people if you think you may have to return an item! First off you will not speak to anyone from the US,.
They claim a return fee for $11.99 for a label that you have to print out yourself. But wait, there’s more! On top of that they charge another shipping fee! WTH! They kept almost $20 of my purchase price because their boots were not quality and did not fit true to size.
I am beyond livid. Horrible business practices. Shady at best.
