"Shop elsewhere Six weeks now that I returned a pair of…"
Six weeks now that I returned a pair of chaps I bought for my wife (poor fit but not LU fault) I followed up with numerous phone calls to customer service which is literally nonexistent and several email to check on my refund.....all to no avail. No response by phone, email or robo response. I’ll never do business again with leather up. They got their last $100 out of me. Shop elsewhere

"Kinda sounding like a grade school kid…"
Kinda sounding like a grade school kid here but "after my dog ate one of my gloves" last year I've been looking for the same ones I bought at a leather shop in town about 10 years ago with no luck. Last week I came across the leather up site and found the same exact looking gloves and placed the order.
I had a chance to chat with kathy and was informed how to track my order and found out the day they were supposed to arrive. I was excited to see them show up a day early. The fit is exactly how my other ones fit and pretty much the same exact glove. I had previously read the reviews and I respect that everyone has different experiences no matter where you go. So in conclusion, I would definitely refer leather up to my family and friends and I would not hesitate to continue doing business with this company.

"They might have some good products but…"
They might have some good products but heaven forbid you have to refuse one. Going on two months now and they refuse to refund my money. Worst customer service ever and they are crooks. When they do figure out how to respond to an email later, it is as it it's written by a robot. They have no common sense and lack any idea how to run a customer friendly business. Days pass between emails and they still refuse to refund my money.

"During the pandemic – no communication"
During the pandemic, I purchased 2 items at over $90 each, I had to return them. I paid $20 each to ship them back and I have never received a refund after 6 weeks. I have left numerous voicemails and emailed leather up.com with no response. Now all the voicemails are full in every category billing, customer service, shipping, and the operator is not answering. With no communication and not receiving a refund, I will never order from this company again.

They ask for reviews 5 times before I got my gear. They missed the most expensive item in the order and will not answer a phone nor return an email. The pocket of the jacket was shipped with a hole making that pocket useless. They way over charge for USPS shipping and apparently refuse to acknowledge the issue.

I ordered a leather jacket for my son after taking his exact measurements and then using the leatherup sizing chart to select the appropriate size. The jacket they sent me was several sizes too small but I know from previous riding gear orders that size charts can be a little off. No big deal if the return/exchange process works as advertised. In this case, it didn’t. In response to the heartfelt plea on their website about supporting independent businesses I opted for store credit instead of a refund. I sent the jacket back the day after I received it and confirmed that UPS delivered it. However, upon logging into my leatherup account, my store credit was nowhere to be found. For over a week I have sent numerous emails and called countless times. The automatic operator sends me around in circles which all lead to the same extension whose mailbox is full. Does anyone actually work here? End of story-I’m letting my credit card company deal with getting me my refund. I can’t even complain about the customer service because there wasn’t any. I can say however, that I will never shop at leather up again and will urge everyone I know to shop elsewhere for their leather goods.

Review by Anonymous UserI have placed 4 orders in the past 6 weeks and 3 have had issues. With the current "situation" we are all dealing with I am trying to be understanding and patient. I get it, short staff, people working from home but..... There is a swing arm bag listed as left sided bag but it's a right side bag. anyone who owns a Harley knows a right sided bag isn't gonna work unless you remove your exhaust or have short shots or very short exhaust. Next I order a helmet that says "ships within 48 hours", six days later the order still hasn't moved. 6 DAYS AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN PULLED AND PACKED THE ORDER!!! I placed an order with JP Cycle and it shipped in 2 hours. And then C'mon now $10 to return something!?!?!? Too bad it seemed like a decent site. I probably would have spent quite a bit of money here. If you don't mind waiting or paying at least $10 to return something this site is good. If you want free returns like 98% of online retailers offer, this might be the wrong place to shop.

I Have ordered a bike jacket on May 15th. For the cost of $250.00 still haven’t received it. I keep getting notifications that they are processing it. I received a tracking number that doesn’t work . Called the 1800 number many times on different days and nobody answers phone. Voice mail is full. I have sent an email with no response. Not very impressed right now. If I do receive my Jacket by some miracle I will never order from there again.
