They need a new delivery fed x are crooks if they see nice jacket the low class drivers will steal nice jackets keep changeing delivery date .then they will say they delivered it with no proof .sad what the new world is comeing to you cant trust nobody no more iam pist first they say 28 th ill get then its 29th now its 1st of june noway a big lie i see a crook comeing .so beware of this kind of crap fed x does

"Leatherup is a scam"

Leatherup is a scam, if you need to return something, good luck. If you need to change your order, good luck. I sent three emails to cancel my order, tried several times to call various departments, even sales, nobody answers the phones. Unable to leave a message. Order was cancelled Sunday, today, three days later, order was shipped. Incompetent.

"Terrible customer service"

Bought boots and a riding jacket. Unfortunately hospitalized for 6 weeks with unexpected surgeries and missed the 30 exchange window. Asked to exchange with a smaller size, offered to pay the 11.99 fee PLUS the return shipping. After three emails my reply was an astounding no. Definitely not a way to find a new lifelong customer "Tyler" had to follow the no with request denied in caps like I am trying to get something for nothing. See below. Wonderful customer service.

"They have horrible customer service"

They have horrible customer service. My package never came. Contacted them about it heard back over a week later. The day before I head out of the country for three weeks. So I tell them to refund my money and back to not hearing anything from them

"So unprofessional"

So unprofessional. I purchased a leather jacket as a gift and the following day I received an email saying that it shipped. So I'm checking FedEx tracking every day to find out where it is and when I'll get it. After a week of FedEx saying that it is pending I decide to call Leatherup. Customer service tells me that "it was ready to ship and failed a final inspection" I'm not sure what that means but never the less why wasn't another sent out? or maybe even telling me there was a problem with shipping? or stock? or whatever was the reason they couldn't send me the jacket. So I had to cancel and Ill never do business with an unorganized business like this one again.

"Regretful purchase from this company"

Regretfully, I purchased two pairs of riding pants for my 96 pound, petite wife. She spent 30 minutes in them for a short ride with me on the back of my bike. The next time she put them on, the main waist snap completely came off of the pants. I called Leatherup, which turned into a two-week+ email exchange while they had pow-wows with their “concerned team.” First they told me it was past my 60-day warranty period so they could not do anything but send me a snap to be taken somewhere for installation. I pointed out that I was only 30-days into the warranty. They replied, again after conferring with the “concerned team,” telling me that it’s “basic wear and tear, and that’s not covered.” Hmm, that’s kinda convenient—a warranty with apparently changing conditions. I asked for a return label to send them back to be repaired or replaced. They said all they would do was send me a snap or refund ½ of the original cost (which amounted to $27.xx).
