Stated free shipping for orders over 65 then charged me 46 for what should only be 15 at most

"Terrible quality! Shop elsewhere!"

The jacket i received smelled terrible, the inside buttons were tarnished green and had rubbed off onto the leather and there was also some unknown white build up around all the buttons.

I was concerned about the quality and contacted customer service at leatherup. ca twice but got no response. I also called in and was told to email customerservice @ leatherup . com instead and that I will receive a prepaid return slip. As a result I sent an email with photos and was told someone would get back to me in 24- 48 hours.

In the meantime I had hung the jacket outside for a few hours trying to get the smell out, it started raining and one of the sleeves got wet. I hung it up inside and when it dried i found white streaks all over the leather that had gotten wet. I don't know what is going on with this jacket. I contacted customer service again asking if there was a film or something on the coat and was told someone would get back to me. It's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. Terrible quality jacket, and neglectful customer service. Save your money for a better brand and don't shop here.

p.s; I wrote a review with photos on their website but its not shown. Theyre so shady.

Web site kept stopping. Started order Friday, gave up worked on it Saturday, forgot to try again and today, labor15 discount was going to explore. I don't know if it's because i use a phone or what.
Very frustrating!

Your website is $#*!. The header takes up half of the page. I wanted to buy pants but it was impossible to search for them on an iPad. Here a better web design company. They just cost you a couple hundred bucks.

The merchandise I have received every time has been quality. Just difficult to browse items here because there are so many. That is good for leather up, I find many more items to purchase other then what I came looking for.

Started the process of exchange last month sent multiple emails & now this week got the response only to pay to have the replacement shipped. Helping to buy these for a friend really was difficult then the email for shipping said 9.99 but the only way I could complete it was to pay over $16 so now it looks like I'm also pay for a difference in cost on top of that. But my friend has waited for a month for her boots and I don't want to delay it anymore

Avoid LeatherUp USA like the plague. I bought a total of 4 items from them (higher priced than some other places I found later), with 2 of which did not fit properly. I tried like crazy to get a hold of anyone for a return/refund with no response to phone or emails. Not I'm going thru hell trying to dispute the charges on my credit card. Save yourself the time and headache and just shop elsewhere.

I bought the Milwaukee distressed leather Chaps... I kept getting emails wanting me to review the product..before I could wear them? I now know why... the 1st time I wore them the belt loop came apart... shoddy workmanship!
That's why I cannot give 5 stars... hope they don't completely fall apart on my next trip... better carry an extra pair....

"Easy to understand options"

Easy to understand options . nice discount promo. Quick disconnect was key to my decision. Sizing guidance would have been nice. I have two other helmets that are too tight. Ps, these are tornado helmets for us...we don't ride, but we do hide. I've read tornado fatalities would be reduced up to 25 % with proper head and face protection. You should explore this market.
