Absolutely impossible to contact them. Appointment scheduled through GE. Phone number given advises going to their website. You can chat to a bot, and request a call or email. Neither request was responded to. Impossible to navigate the scheduling confirmation, just a useless waste of time.
And now after replying they are also lying, no phone call was made to me. My whole point of emailing and calling them was because their impossible system wouldn't allow me to accept their terms and conditions. Lame reply from a lame company. Finally asked GE for a real business to be assigned and not some overseas based call center. Got a local company assigned who called within 30 minutes.

"Worst possible support model"
Worst possible support model. Support scheduling is always 5+days out. Technicians have no expertise - they are newly hired and poorly trained. The interface is a chat bot that only knows how to close tickets. I click that my issue is not resolved and it congratulates me on my issue being fixed. Ug! I'm on my 4th visit and haven't had a working refrigerator/freezer for 5 weeks. This am essential appliance that should be treated with some urgency. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

"THEY GET 0 STARS FROM ME..."
If i could put no stars i would.They sent a guy by the name of Joshua to come replace my ICE MAKER and he came out on a Saturday to change my ice maker and he made my refrigerator go out...all my food went bad i had to wait till Wednesday 4 days later for them to send someone back out to fix the issue...come to find out the guy forgot to connect 1 plug and thats why my refrigerator stop working and now they don't want to repay me for the food that i lost over a mistake they're worker made...NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THEM FOR NOTHING I DEFINITELY WONT REFER THEM TO ANYBODY

The only issue was with actually getting an appointment through Nana. It took multiple attempts almost a month to a get a confirmed appointment.
