Even though Samsung made the warranty repair more difficult - Nana was terrific. When the repair ticket was reopened - Nana fit it into my schedule, had all potential parts needed shipped to the home and sent the same technician to reassess the problem and repair the refrigerator. I would use Nana again.

They lied and claimed that they called and left a message. Their customer service is non-existent. Try calling their phone number, see if you can actually get a live person. Anybody leaving positive reviews here was paid or it's just made up.

"Non existent costumer service"
To start this is possibly the worst most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My dryer stopped heating on April 5. I put my claim in on the same day. They very quickly sent a technician to diagnose the problem he said they were going to have to order the parts. A week later and still no parts. I tried to look for a number to call to see what was going on. When I called the number it just says to email them. When I emailed them I ask for a call back. They called a day or two later. I missed the call so I guess I’m supposed to start over. I finally found a number where I was able to talk to someone but I was told I wasn’t supposed to call that number. I told the person my situation and how bad my experience had been. Finally they looked into my situation and ordered the part. About 5 days later the part arrived. The part they sent was used and the technician wasn’t able to get it to work. So as of writing this review. My dryer doesn’t work. I can’t get in touch with anyone to find out what is happening. It has been over two weeks and I’m in the same place that I started. My advice to anyone who is in need of repair. Ask for anyone but nana. They couldn’t possibly be any worse.
