The whole scheduling process was very easy. Even though my appointment was scheduled for May 23rd, the tech message me and said they were close by and could make it today! How cool is that! Plus the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Update: well it was great they came a day early, but this she wasn't resolved and they wouldn't let me reopen the case and have a technician back. I just happened to go through another provider.
