Was scheduled on 4/4 8am to 12pm for Samsung washer repair. No call. No show. Reschedule throughout the whole week. Status says still searching for available technician in our area, which is in Seattle. Bogus extended warranty.

DO NOT EVER get Home Depot extended warranty on appliances! After 4 days of "select another availability", was scheduled for today, March 28. No call no show. Worst "repair" service company on earth. Phone support is non-existant, their answering machine tells yo to go to their website which is ZERO HELP. Stay away, at all costs.

Samsung transferred me to Nana to fix the Ice-maker in my Family Hub refrigerator.
It all looked like a scam at first: everything was managed through the app, no phone number to contact, but the parts arrived on time.
Then Ernesto confirmed the date and fixed everything within an hour*.
Neat, respectful and professional.

FYI: The ice-maker needs to be replaced as well as the motherboard that is accessible from the back of the refrigerator.

Still haven't arrived. They write emails saying they'll do this and that. They do nothing. Zero stars. They don't have tech in area. Gave them dates to come here feb 22,23,24. I don't believe technicians work for them. They only have people that write emails giving excuses and false info.
