Bestilte 1 lego robot for 6 dage siden. Skulle være på lager. Min ordre står stadig som modtaget. Fik den 2 uger efter eller par dage efter jeg skrev dette her på trustpilot.
Dont order anything in this shop. You wont get it as it looks.
I got it after 2 weeks. Or a few days after I wrote this.

"Worst customer service"
Placed an order on 27 November after Black Friday sale and the item has been sitting “in warehouse” since. I am unable to cancel the item as it’s in warehouse and have tried on multiple occasions and multiple ways of getting in touch with customer service, last attempt I was on hold for 45mins then gave up and left my number for a call back…nothing. After contacting a local store for help I found out I could have ordered and chosen the click & collect option through their independent store website and not Lego.com. Their website does not stipulate this. And while I am still waiting for my order to arrive, and for a call back, I have received an email asking if I’m enjoying my Lego product and to take a survey giving feedback on my recent order!! What a joke.
Hopefully I’ll receive my item one day. Terrible customer service

"Ich habe 2 Lego Teile bestellt"
Ich habe 2 Lego Teile bestellt. Beim Versand ist es dann wohl zu einer Vertauschung von Päckchen gekommen und ich habe etwas völlig anderes bekommen. Meine Reklamation wurde sofort bearbeitet und ich habe die bestellten Teile umgehend bekommen. Die ganze Angelegenheit wurde sehr freundlich und professionell abgewickelt......ich kann nur sagen ...die sind fix auf Zack ...dafür gibt es natürlich jede Menge Sterne

Zeer slechte levering vorige week besteld. Levering duurt 2-3 werkdagen. Ondertussen ligt het pakket al 3 dagen gewoon klaar in het magazijn en is het nog steeds niet verzonden.. gewoon op bol.com of ergens anders bestellen als de prijs niet veel verschilt

If you are on a clock, DO NOT buy directly from their website. They have the worse and longest delivery process I’ve ever seen.their customer service team is not helpful and an order placed on November 30th has not shipped out yet. Awful service.

"I ordered Lego for my grandson on-line"
I ordered Lego for my grandson on-line. Firstly, the address was wrong on the order. There is no way at all to correct it. Had endless on-line chats with robots and real people. Was told that I should wait for the order to be sent and then contact the courier myself. Tried this, it didn't work I then had to chase around the area trying to find my order. I am 73 years old and disabled. I eventually found the address only to find my order had already been opened. I would recommend anybody thinking of ordering Lego NOT to deal with the company but try Amazon. Much safer way of buying!!

Amo i lego , ma non amo le truffe legalizzate lego !! 399 euro per le nuove montagne russe loop è un furto sopratutto perché hanno 3670 pezzi , fatele pagare 299 o 329 non 399 !! La lego è troppo farà e pensare che a pezzo di plastica a loro produrre costerebbe forse 13 centesimi a pezzo …

Order two sets of Lego (both in stock) on 26 November 2022. They have been marked with the status "In Warehouse" for the last ten days. After contacting the Lego customer service team, I was informed that they do not know when they will be shipped because they are busy, worst still I can not cancel the order because they are "In Warehouse". What company has such poor process - it is 2022!!

Ordered 3 sets of Lego from them on the 29th of November. At 6th of December my order still in warehouse. I had an online chat with 2 or 3 robots before I can speak to normal person. I lost my patience so has been pretty rude. But it seems to be only way unfortunately, same day I got an email saying my order is on its way (hopefully).

"Lego fails to deliver customer service"
Whilst most online companies appear to make the extra effort to keep customers satisfied and get orders out timely. Lego just add 5 extra days to their already slow 4 day delivery schedules.
This just reflects their arrogant and cavalier attitude towards their customers.
It's a shame there is no real alternative otherwise I am sure customers would leave Lego in their droves.
