"You are not important "
I am sure blame is equally shared between BA and eCourier as long delivery times probably reduce their costs. However in my case BA themselves choose the bags to leave behind, as described by the pilot, so choice of a better service level would have been the minimum. In addition not answering phone calls or mails is just rejecting reasonable customer service.

"I gave a 1 star as zero was not…"
I gave a 1 star as zero was not possible. Terrible service and BA should seriously consider why they are using such a poor subcontractor. They are damaging your brand. Chasing constantly and given fictitious delivery ETA. 60 hours later and no bags yet. We live 2 miles from Glasgow Airport. Shocking service.

Absolutely ridiculous service from the courier
I arrived on Thursday morning due BA's fault
Should my luggage be delivered immediately;
I work nights and they tried to deliver yday evening when I was on my way to work; I could not stay at home - should have been delivered today during the day - I am at home due to working nights - still not been delivered
impossible to speak on the phone - nobody answers
I will make huge complaint about services BA and courier - unacceptable treatment of the customers

"Called endless amount of times"
Called endless amount of times. Extended my stay in Edinburgh for 2 extra days. Canceled my stay in other cities. Had to wait outside of my Airbnb for hours and still didn’t get my luggage. I offered to pick it up my self. No answer from anyone. In the past 3 days I have made at least 40 call attempts some on hold for 40+ minutes only to get hung up on before anyone answers.
The live chat function is absolutely useless. Emailed them as well with no answer in days. Absolutely awful experience in every way.
They even replied to this review before answering any emails. In your reply you’re asking me to reach out to you. I have emailed you hours ago already. Check your inbox

"Delivered bag as expected"
BA lost my bag on an overnight flight from Orlando, and gave it to ecourier air to deliver - I got texts from this company, who delivered the bag, in good condition, the day after they got hold of it. I don’t know why there are negative reviews on here but in my experience, they did everything I would have expected of them.

"Damaged my bag and arrived four hours after advertised eta"
No contact for days on end despite them being the courier for my bag to collect from Manchester airport, got an update a few days later saying my bag was out for delivery. The website then advertises an eta which I stayed in for just so that I could wait for my belongings to arrive, only to find out that the driver was doing the route the wrong way round and even though I was stop number 1 he went to several other places first including Wales before me, the company then had to chase him down to get an updated eta which was then agreed upon. The driver then arrives with my bag four hours late, no apology and gives me my bag hiding the back of it from me so that I could not see it. I then put my bag down only to realize the handle had been ripped forcefully off from the back of the bag, as well as the driver signing in my name and confirming on the invoice that the bag was delivered in good condition. Furthermore to this I called them up and they keep sending me to British Airways for the damages even though it wasnt the airlines fault. How an earth can you run a company lying and committing fraud ill never know.

"Totally incompetent company!"
Totally incompetent. This company is absolutely incapable of the role they have been given by the airlines. Sporadic and basically useless online updates that are no help whatsoever. My bag has sat with them for 48 hours - by their own admission - and I still have to wait another 24 hours for a bag to travel about 90 minutes to my house. If you have a bag with them - good luck because you are not getting it soon. Don’t rely on any update online - just call them - it’s the only way that you are getting anywhere.

"Most useless and incompetent bag return…"
Most useless and incompetent bag return service. Bag was found at 15:00hrs, sitting 26hrs later and getting sporadic and unreliable updates of when it will be dropped-off making it completely impossible to plan. really uninpressed.

"Patricks at Dublin Airport decided not…"
Patricks at Dublin Airport decided not to load my 2 bags into the plane I was travelling on and the bags got loaded on the 11am'ish flight the next day to London City. As I was told that eCourier would be delivering my cases I was comfortable that I would get the cases the same day. But no! eCourier "Air" have a cut off time at 14:00 and my cases arrived (for whatever reason) at their depot after that it's delivery on the following day.
I don't know who is responsible for such a poor service - is it BA who has agreed this strategy or eCourier Air who decide that financially it is better to provide such a poor service and risk reputational damage than to offer a good service and get lower profits? Whoever it is should hold their heads in shame.
I live in central London so less than 1 hour from their depot in Whitechapel so not hundreds of miles away
The business that I own dumped eCourier a few years ago in favour of Addison Lee for courier deliveries as the service when downhill in a major way. Perhaps BA need to do this also as being a Gold card holder I am seriously not being looked after!
