Website is no use in providing information and the contact email does not elicit a reply. The contact phone number is unanswered and plays music interspersed with a recorded message saying they have so many calls.
Tracking system not working.
I ma waiting for an update on luggage from a cancelled BA flight Gatwick to London where baggage was sent to Glasgow - supposedly yesterday - but there are no updates .
We are captive customers of e courier as BA choose to use them. Surely e courier can realise the stress of lost and delayed luggage and provide more reassurance.

"SHUT THEM DOWN"
We’ve been waiting our luggage for one week and from the tracking it’s saying they attempting delivering when that never happened since we were 2 people at home the whole day the day they were supposed to deliver.
Contact them is IMPOSSIBLE!!!! We tried everything from holding the line for 30 minutes (before the call was automatically dropped) to live chat, to emails, to linked in. NOTHING TO DO. I do understand that they might not give a freak about the people who loose their luggage as their actual clients, and the ones that pay them, are airlines and the airport bag handling service but if they want to stay in this line of business they’d care of us too!
I’ll do the possible to hold them responsible for this, as they should.

Well, sorry to add to the tales of woe on this page but I don't know of any other way to get the companies attention. They don't answer their phone (just been cut off after 40 mins of hold music) and they don't answer emails.
Two bags of mine were lost by BA (who are just as uncontactable) last Tuesday. I've heard zilch from BA. ecourierair did deliver one bag on Saturday night, which was nice. No idea where the second bag is. I was only given one tracking number, and, according to ecourierair's web site, that tracking number has been fulfilled. Quite where my bag is I have no idea and no way of finding out.
Advice to ecourierair: ANSWER THE PHONE AND ANSWER EMAILS! Even if you can't immediately fix the problem it would be nice if you could tell us!

No point phoning them they never answer , it just on hold for thirty mintues with music and then cuts you off.
No reply from emails.

Sadly my review is the same as everyone else’s. This company reeks of sheer incompetence.
My bag has been with them for 4 days now, sat in a storage facility. You can’t phone them as the lines cut out after 30 minutes and they don’t respond to emails or web enquiries. BA needs to cut ties with this awful company.
Update 1/7/24: They won’t reply to emails but they will reply to negative reviews.

Our bag was also caught up in the T5 fiasco on Tuesday 25th. It was handed to e-courier at 09 26 on Thursday 27th; since then, we've heard nothing. Have tried multiple times to contact the company but to no avail.

"THIS COMPANY'S NOT UP TO THE JOB"
Cases didn't reach T5 baggage reclaim due to IT problem on 25th June. BA staff said they should be delivered to my home address within 72 hours. Despite supplying all relevant information, there was no follow up. I had to chase BA to discover e courier air (a Royal Mail company) was dealing. Impossible to speak to anyone and email not answered. Eventually I discovered they were due by 5pm on 29th June and monitored a route tracker. Van without any company logo arrived at 8pm. Driver said he'd been stuck at Southampton docks for 3 hours. Route tracker at no point showed him anywhere near that area. THE CASES WERE NOT ON THE VAN. He checked his ipad and said they were still in the depot and they would be delivered today (30th June). I re examined Route checker and the drivers update shows he'd attempted delivery but was returning items to depot!! Not true. No update so clearly not arriving today. That's 5 days without cases, medicine and many things that I consider essential. This company isn't up to the job and BA should start demanding answers.

"literally the worst company i have ever…"
literally the worst company i have ever (not) dealt with. my case has been missing for 5 days and easy jet said that e courier would deliver on Wednesday. today is Sunday and i have been unable to speak to anyone from the company as the phone rings out for over half an hour and then cuts out. no one has responded to any emails or chats and i am at my wits end with this. i have no idea where my case is and it has the kids summer clothes. i cannot understand why no one ever answers the phone and i will wait to complete a complaint form and request a reimbursement for all the money i have wasted on calls!!!disgusting (non) service

"Excellent service"
After a stressful week waiting for our luggage to arrive from British Airways, we finally got notification that ecourier air had picked up our suitcase on Saturday afternoon. Their communication was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage and we had our suitcase delivered on Sunday morning earlier than they had estimated.

"Absolutely shocking service "
Absolutely shocking service , BA failed to bring my bags from London to Manchester. Haven’t had a bag the entire time I’ve been here and now I have to fly home again tomorrow. Courier has had my bag for 3 days now, no way of contacting them I have emailed them 4 times and called them numerous times with no answer. Thanks for ruining my trip here, not sure how I’ll ever get my bag back at this point.
