"This courier service is as incompetent…"
This courier service is as incompetent as it gets. British Airways should stop using them or take action when contacted. It’s impossible to speak to anyone at the courier service; you’re put on hold for 30 minutes, only for the call to ring and then hang up every time. They don’t respond to emails despite claiming to be open 24/7. The communication for tracking is terrible. They failed to deliver twice on one day, then delivered two cases the next day, failed to deliver l the day afetr , and the final package arrived four hours late the day after taht, after the tracking reverted mid day to say it would arrive two days earlier This company embodies everything wrong with customer service.
Note they even send a pointless reply to this not addressing non delivery or lack of ability to
communicate with them just telling me I get a tracking link, that was great to watch them not turn up twice on! Useless, but they seem to be good at cut and paste!

"Rubbish service "
If I could award 0 stars I would my luggage was caught up in the BA luggage handing issue on June 25th and sent to a courier company to deliver . It’s been 3 days now and my case with important medication has not been delivered BA no help and courier company don’t answer

"Cases disappeared into ecourier system"
Our cases not available at LHR due to BA systems failure. Completed form went home. Checked the following day and it said ecourier collected from LHR. That was Wednesday... No contact from them phone not answered, emails not answered. Cases arrived after 5 days..no contact from them at all and both cases badly damaged..unusable!! Terrible company. Totally useless...as are BA!!
I have just received a response from. ecourier. What utter rubbish!!
It's a shame that they do not answer phones or emails as quicky as they respond to poor reviews. I have tried for 5 days to call and email numerous times...NOTHING!!! You just get cut off. I had NO communication at all so to say they keep customers informed is a blatant lie. We were not informed when our luggage would arrive. When it did arrive after waiting in for 5 days it was all damaged beyond use. That's how much you care!!!

Sadly it’s the same experience as everyone else. My bags were on a flight on 25th June with BA. Complete frustration. The search on their site returns nothing. Their phone line tells you to use the website and hangs up. I received a text from “worldtracer” on Thursday with 3 web links and none of them give away what’s going on or when I should expect the suitcase to arrive. I know it’s been found but have to sit and wait. I think we’ve been spoilt with the likes of DPD, DHL, Amazon logistics etc where the service is proactive. Keeping my fingers crossed currently and desperately needing a shave 😂

"Incompetent "
My two items of luggage were caught up in the BA baggage handling failure at LHR T5 on 25/6. BA has contracted Ecourier Air to deliver the luggage to passengers’ homes. The courier turned up at my house with no prior notification on 27/6 saying that he had two bags for me, and asked me to clamber through the back of the van to find them. Only one of my bags was there. I have AirTags in my bags and I was able to show him that the other bag was still at the depot in Poyle, much to his surprise. On 29/6 I finally received notification of when my second bag will be delivered, and it was delivered later that day. Customer services don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. Shame on BA for trusting my luggage to such an incompetent company. Surely better couriers are available.

"A bad situation made far worse by this company "
ECourier air choose to defend the indefensible in the mess they have made with retuning luggage to BA passengers. They may have been busy and ‘working 24 hours a day’ but not answering the phone, returning emails and doctoring information about what is happening to suitcases and when they arrived at their premises is making the situation ten times worse. They seem to forget that travellers use trackers these days and misinformation is totally unacceptable!!
Finally I got a message from some random delivery firm saying I was getting a delivery on Monday - no details so can only assume it is my suitcase. If this is the case it will be 168 hours from time I should have had it = purely down to Ecourier's inefficiency. They don't care about customers as BA will pay them anyway. Still waiting for a response from ecourier !!

BA lost my fathers suitcase and then gave it to this company to deliver. Just role other reviewers say: it is impossible to talk to a person - they don’t pick up the phone!! It’s been 4 days since the flight and no one is doing anything, worst company ever EcourierAir and BA

"Horrible, no customer service"
Been waiting on our luggage for over 3 days now. This company has supposedly had our luggage for 2 days and the only way to get any update is by constantly going to the site and putting in a reference number. However the tracking details are not helpful as they do not actually say where the bag is. And even though it finally showed a delivery estimate, it is now almost 3 hours past that estimate and still no contact. There is no one to call, no one to contact to find out anything. The phone hangs up on you and no one gets back to you. Horrible experience with this courier. BA need to figure out a better way to get everyone's bags back to them after all it is their systems that failed everyone on Tuesday...

"Ecourierair A Shambles "
Ecourierair. Web chat bot not working today. Telephone - no one answers. Email - no one replies. They had 2 bags of mine since Wednesday, one delivered today, the other one is still at their depot. Tracking system on web site not being updated. This does not live up to their "Total Transparency" promise.
