I had an issue with the umbrella. I contacted the company. I sent pictures of the issue and they replaced the umbrella.

Ordering was easy and shipment was fast. I have ordered in past years from Abbapatio, so understood their quality was better than other umbrellas. Here in Mesquite, Nevada it can stay over 100 degrees F every day in July and most days in August. We have 9 umbrellas around our pool and 3 of them are from Abbapatio. We particularly like the way the spines are securely attached on the outer end of the umbrella canvas. Material is also a bit thicker than other umbrellas.

Even though the product was delivered with a defect they did everything they could to rectify the situation in a timely manner. I love the umbrella and the base fits perfectly. The only complaint we have is the tabs on the base snap in as opposed to screw in. As a result the water leaks out.
