Purchased a hammock bed with canopy in April 2023. Used for 5 months. Canopy was always removed when not in use and stored in shed. Kept in shed for the winter. Used for 1 month in 2024 and the material on the canopy started ripping. Contacted customer service and was told I could buy a replacement canopy from another site for half of what I paid for the entire hammock. I told them that their solution wasn't acceptable and they sent me another email with the same link.
